It means your cd-key is invalid, try reinstalling the game and entering your cd-key again. If you originally purchased the game and it still won't accept your key, call tech support.

i reinstalled it like 15 times and no luck and i bout it from eb games but i just reinstalled it 1 year after i got it and now it dont woork
