I'm new at sims bustin out! i need help on: 1.can u make babies 2.what does it mean to party in Dudl

Well ill answer bothe questions that you have The first question, Yes you can have babies but only with people that live on free street. The second question Is to have a party just simply move into his house. Then buy all party stuff, Examples Dj both, Dance floor, ect. Then move out of his house and move in to do that mission. And once moved in you will have to click on your car and put visit. Once your at dudleys house he will throw a party.
