I would have to a agree, too many hyper beams and I would scrap solar beam and shadow ball on mewtwo because your makeing him look bad.

But on the plus side you do have some good variety eccept for the hyper beam but I can see that it must be difficult because there aren't that many moves as good as hyper beam.

It's also a good idea to sub Suicune for Steelix because it holds up the teams defence and is a good fall-back. If you do do that then I would teach Mewtwo thunder (or another electric move) and put a water pokemon in the party/team.

If you want, I would also teach Raquaza Earthquake.

One final statement your team is lacking in rock moves so remember to teach steelix some ground moves.
