I cant get into the radio building and the man downstairs with lucky number it never matches ? And how do I get the rainbow wing? I also have 6 out of 8 of my badges and have no clue how to get the other ones?
you need seven badges for the radio tower, and you'll get a call from prof elm
the lucky number only matches if you're lucky, trade pokemon with different people to have a bunch of different ID numbers and increase your chances
the rainbow wing is given to you by a monk in the burnt tower, but thats later in the game
if you tell me which badges you have i can tell you how to get the last two, but I'll explain it all anyway
after Goldenrod badge you should get the Ecruteak badge, the Gym leader is in the Tin Tower
Then you should go to Olivine and battle your way to the top of the lighthouse tower and speak to the Gym leader, then head across the sea to Cianwood and battle the gym leader (get FLY from the lady outside the gym after you win) and then go into the small building below and to the right of the gym to get the medicine, and take that medicine to the Olivine Gym leader at the top of the Lighthouse again, then you'll be able to battle her in her gym. Then head to M-town (i forget its name) and then up to the lake of rage where you meet Lance, then go to the shop in M-town and follow lance downstairs and beat Team Rocket, then you'll be able to fight M-town gym leader, and after you beat him you'll have seven badges and get a call about the Radio Tower and yea go rescue the tower, then you'll be able to carry on to Blackthorn via M-town and the Ice Path, and there you can battle the eighth gym leader for her badge.
