Truth is, ya don't get to see Gary, Petey, Johnny, Edgar, Ted, Earnest, or Derby. The only faction leader you get to see after beating the game is Russel.

Realy Johnny is ther throwing eggs at the dorm.(the boys dorm)so you can find Johnny just make shure he has gloves on.BUT WHY EGG HIS OWN DORM! 🤔
