No true comparisons yet, but consider this:
    Mods.

More likely to come out for the PC.
"Moral outrage is the last resort of those who have no argument" - Voltaire.
"The whole principle is wrong; it's like demanding that grown men live on skim milk because the baby can't eat steak." - Robert A. Heinlein (on censorship)

    PC advantages :

    1. Font scaling for text, on many 360 games the text is far to tiny to be able to see unless you own one of those fancy expensive tvs.

    2. Trainers, so we can go crazy and do things we'd not normally be able to do.

    3. Mods

    4. Higher / lower Resolutions.

    5. Save state, To save in places where you would not normally be able to.

    6. No XBL Gold required to get access to add on material.

    7. No XBL silver required or hot mail needed simply to play.

    8. 2 OS developed installs , XP ( no xbl required) or Vista with XBL required for play.

you don't have to have any XBL subscription to play bioshock on either the 360 or vista. BOTH Vista and XP require an internet connection to activate the game but once thats done you never need to go online for it again.

with that said the PC version will be better as long as your rig can handle it. the only advantage the 360 version has is achievements for LIVE. but there are rumors that a patch will come out for Vista owners with bioshock to enable achievements over LIVE for Windows.

if you have a decent rig then computers will always, ALWAYS be better than any console. take a look at what they had to do to balance the gameplay between xbox and pc users. they added aim assist to the xbox users, how lame.

as for the live for windows thing that is just a rip off. im sorry but paying 50 dollars a year for something that is free on most pc game servers is just ridiculous.

mods are probably the biggest reason for playing on pc, however i dont know how much it will apply to a game like bioshock with the possible exception of new textures down the road like they did with half life 2.
