When i click jount task force it runs the whole thigns goes the movies exc. but when it pops up with a picture of a oil rig in the background it freezes and then goes to a black screen with a huge curser (mouse). so i close it and it pops up with this, Geengine: reset Device REset failed: D3Derr_Devicelost. I know enough to know that the last part means that a driver is missing or something like that but i don't understand. My computer has all the requirments to run it. Do i need another program or something plz tell me! And quick i will be returning the game within 1 day after posting this.
