You shouldnt of killed him, instead asked him for 'the dark gift', but also you can get the diesease from a current vampire when he hits you with a blade, after he has done so go to sleep and become a vampire.

where is there 1 that will hit me? and iv alredy killed hime ages ago

What do you mean, if you get in to a fight with a vampire of corse they will slash you, as for finding vampires, they usually hang around dungeons, if you go inside you may find some, if you do start a fight with them, but be sure to be slashed, until you see in the corner of your screen you have contracted a disease, then ither run or kill them, then go and sleep and after 3 days you will contract vamperism.

anyways you can get to be a vampire by killing someone then sleep and some guy i can't remember the name will show up and give you a quest and if you succed that then sleep again and he'll come and give information about the dark brotherhood and some time after in the dark brotherhood place you must meet a vampire and if you complete all his contracts then he'll ask if you wanna be a vampire but if you killed the guy that show up after you kill someone and sleep i doubt you can enter the dark brother hood
