Well, I'm quite irritated right now. I've been waiting on this trainer for the public release and just got it to find it doesn't work or at least not for me. I have the latest patch of the game (1.5) so I figured the 1.5 trainer would work. I've tried loading the trainer before and I after I start C&C yet nothing works. Infinite money doesn't do anything and instant build crashes the game. Likewise hitting f6 for unit manipulation and then hitting f on a unit does not change its health and after a few minutes crashes the game. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but I've never had trouble with your trainers before on other games. (Info: This is on a mission where I do not have a command center however I just tried on one where I did and it crashed immediately.)
Any ideas would be appreciated. Does this trainer only work in skirmishes?

did u start trainer first? that might help and no the trainers work in all but online, internet play

Trainer should work fine in campaign and skirmish. Go through the trainer troublshooting guide and make sure you've done everything suggested. Disable AV and any other third party apps running. If on Vista, use Administrator and XP SP2 compatibility mode if necessary.

Tried running the trainer before and after starting the game. Tried running the trainer in the directory of the game. Tried running the trainer with all AV and spyware programs disabled. Also on XP not vista. The game still crashes all the time. Any other suggestions?
You should get TSearch and look for where the patch is created, try checking the bold memory address below and see if it's surrounding instructions are simular if not then it's possible that you have a PE section that has been relocated.
originally before the patch in address 007b90f1, which the trainer is 'poking' in bytes to jmp to another memory that contains enough nulls. It looked like this:
