Does anyone know how to build a ship for star wars empires at war?

You mean as it to "create" a ship in the game, or make your own in a MOD?

I want to create a ship on some sort of program and then upload into the game.

Oh I see, well there are many programs around which allow you to do so, but you really do need some experience in that area if you're ever going to have any vague comprehension of the programs themselves to actually be able to make something decent...

you be better just using the xml files to copy a model of a ship and just like add different specials to it like a corvette with say shields and umz death star laser or maybe the rebel ship that looks like from star trek bird of prey ships um yeah that would be hot moding xD
