Be climbing mount chiliad and put the 6 star cheat or get the cops on you and then you will have cops driving down the mountain out of control and they can't stop because of the speed they are going at. They are not on the road, They are falling off the mountain like When A bunch of rocks start falling.Try it ( NOT AT THE VERY TOP BECAUSE IT WON'T WORK, AROUND MIDDLE ALTITUDE OF THE MOUNTAIN )

they cant reach you at the top until a hydra comes and kills hyou, but yea, i saw a cop (WHILE ROLLING DOWN MT .CHILIAD) get out of his care and a cluster of rocks (going faster then a rot ring racer with nitro no kidding) and killed the cop
