all you need to do is go to the arena and talk to agronak gro-molag, he will send you on a quest and he will not attack during the arena battle with him and he lucien will visit you when you sleep, if youve already done the arena quests, kill rufio, in the inn of ill omen, hes who you have to kill to get into the dark brotherhood in the first place, so kill him
