I've finally worked out the problem, it would be the graphics card. Most people who posted saying Oblivion ran fine on their PC's had better graphics cards than me. Also my processor is only running at 50% because of the card, it can't go any faster. Now I need to upgrade to a Geforce 8600GT, or I ain't gonna be playing Crysis anytime soon... Thanks to all who posted...
