okay, i was searching for some vinyls, and i found this: North American NFSC 1.4 patch. i don't know what it has fixed, but i hope it is better than the 1.3 patch!

well, i found vinyls only for MW, like really cool ones, like red bull vinyl for the lamborghini murcie, the graffiti vinyl for teh BMW M3 GTR, and a texture to change the cops' vinyl from "Rockport P.D." (remember, i only found for MW, and not Carbon) to the Hungarian P.D.
