This service is for members (free and unlimited) only and is to be used to get help with problems either regarding the site's features or message boards. You can request for help with games and cheats, but the mods may not be able to help you if they don't have any experience with that particular game. You may be better off asking those types of questions on our message boards for that title.

If mods don't answer your request or are offline, you can leave a message and it will be emailed to one of our mods for follow-up. You may or may not receive a reply but the problem will be addressed.

Please don't abuse this new service by bombaring the moderators will silly questions or paging them 'just to chat'. Our moderators are very busy and need to respond to real problems.

I hope everyone enjoys this new feature as we continue to work towards improving our site for members and guests alike.

Anyway, this is a brilliant feature ever created in CHU. Keep up the good job. Hopefully there's more interactive feature in the future.

I agree, i also think it might be alittle bit helpful for the new members.

That would also be a good idea so ppl won't ask silly questions on the live support...
