i know it is easy but when i go to the clock tower the emblem does not be there so thats why i am asking why ist it there and how do i get
Well cleon you might have collected it before and forgot you did. Or you mix 2 places and maybe marked a place where it IS an emblem with a place you've already collected the emblem. So my advise would be to go to every place again where it's marked an emblem and double check.

it has to be there because i started again to make sure.i had 0 emblem and i went straight to the location and it wast there maybe its a glitch on my copy only i dont know
