The file home211trn3.zip (or rar version) is for Homeworld 2 v1.1 and it includes a "so called" trainer with 3 main functions (Unlimited RU, Fast Build, Fast Research). It is +3.
Unfortunately like most of the BIE releases, it is infected with a downloader trojan. It is not very effective, but it is not easy to clean. Family is "Win32: Trojan-gen UPX". I am not sure if BIE does that on purpose or someone repacks and re-releases them with a virus but most of the BIE trainers and patches are infected.
Check every trainer before use. If it is possible, use more than one AV software to scan'em (there are some scanners available online, you can scan your files besides your own AV software).
UPX is a so called packer. It's used by a lot of people to pack a trainer. For example when compiling a trainer it can be 500 kb big. When packing the trainer with UPX it can become 100 kb or even smaller. The packing is only used to make the file smaller. BIE has been a well known trainer maker. I am sure his trainers are clean. Antivirus software is just detecting the UPX code.
