first get a police's attention then let him get out of the car kill both of the cops do the lower wanted level (r1 r1 circle r2 up down up down up down)then just jump in the car hoping u wont get caught if u do just put in the cheat again

i think u hav to get a 6 star wanted level

witch spray paint the tags or paint and spray car fixy things
