There is a mision on there where you have to chase and kill OG Loc. you first chase him it the hover craft. then, you chase him in the "bum, bum bum buuuuuuum!!!"racing go cart. BUT ITS NEXT TO THE LAST MISION!!! sorry,I was bumed out to when i found out. start in the back of the strategy guide and you see it eventually.
