So I have two gameboys, link cabel, pokemon crystal and gold. Im playing gold now and have stared it 3 times and trade basic pokemons on crystal version and then back so I have now all 3 basic pokemons (totodile,...) in the beging in gold version.
The problem is that totodile is pokemon which i chose in the end and I did trade it at all. Differences is that other two pokemon disobeying my orders and boosting exp. (on crystal where I have all badges and good pokemons they dont disobey). The main problem is that croconow can't keep up in stats with quilava and bayleef, they are all same lv. and bayleef&quilava have same stats and croconow cant keep up with them (bayleef all stats together 157,quilava 158,croconow 130).
My question is if this is normal that croconow have lower stats on beging what I really doubt. And if anyone did same thing I did let he write how it was then.

Traded pokemon always do better than non-traded. You need more badges for them to obey you.
