1. Kempton is a muscle car territory and they are much faster in acceleration than tuners.

3. Cars are muscles in Kempton so they would speed past and you'd never get past them
4. If you smashed into a car, you'd probably go down a few places
5. It wouldn't reach a real good top speed in Speedtraps.

I'll add to myself... its also affected by grass... in some races, or other gravel away from the road,
also it has relatively bad handling for the average tuner... I find
and it has no torque unless you give it some... so it can't ram cars easily if you get into police chases
max-speed for the stock that I found was about 190km/h, which is incredibly slow for a tier 2
muscle cars can ram the st out of you and can flip you over and you lose a few spots, like shadow mentioned
and in drifts, I find it REALY sucks even tho its a tuner...
but overall, I actually did beat kempton with it... just did it again recently.... just re-installed nfs:c

I have to admit - that was a question that only true car and NFS fanatics would get. Nevertheless i will distribute 4 points each to Sergey and MaxG. Shadow gets 8, he mentioned the bad top speed in his answer as well as saying its a muscle vs tuner battle.
Here is what i was looking for:
- It is an FF, which is not good in a straight line but amazing in the corners. But since Kempton has no corners, being an FF is a disadvantage.
- Due to its drivetrain of FF, it will not reach a very high top speed, let alone make a significant threat to the muscle's top speeds.
- FFs are renowned for their crap acceleration - and the Eclispe is no exception.
- Muscle cars have beastly acceleration, and the Eclipse doesn't. Due to the raw power of the muscles, it will dust anything in Kempton.
- Its a tuner on a muscle turf. Need i say more?
