61 - I am afraid that the sections do not have any names. you see, the section are called "regions"...

Apparently, I don't think they really have any. Besides, the question is variable, you see, it is hard to determine central, because it isn't a square or something like that, and nor are the sections a grid, so the middle could be multiple areas
