I need help on this game...later in the game team...Aqua..I think team Aqua anyway,they steal the boat thing from slateport I think Slateport...Pretty sure,so anyway,I went under the water(Hm Dive)everywhere and the under water cave was suppost to have the boat thing in it but it says "something is up there"So i went up there and nothing was there but a city where the two pokemon are suppost to fight later in the game but,no boat so i cant find it,Please help if you can...
go to Mossdeep city, and surf south from there until you come across a ring of shallow water, and below it should be a deep spot of water, dive there and there should be a cave with a submarine where you can surface to fight team Aqua.
