question.. in mossdeep before the space center is a wishing rock the lady says that you use like a wish tag to make a wish on the rock.. is it possible to get the wish tag?

Well the rumour goes like this: It seems that in the Seafloor Cavern (where you chased Team Aqua/Magma in their submarine) if you walk around with a Pokemon with a Pickup Ability (Zigazoon, Linoon, Phamphy... ect...) you have a slight chance to find a "Wish Tag" If you bring this tag to the white rock next to the Space Center in Mossdeep city, the stone is supposed to crack. Then somewhere in the world, you will hear a strange Pokemon cry, thus, Jirachi is in that same area. You only have one chance to catch it, and it runs away on it's first move, so use a masterball
ahh but umm cant u use like trapinch or something to make it stay in battle or something.. and umm.. does the pickup ability just go like
woosh oh the zigzagoon just picked something
is that really like it..
and is jirachi really that hard to find?
