No problem, from a veteran Kotor player this is the ideal order- Dantooine, Tatooine, Kashyyyk, Manaan, Korriban...follow this and you should progress nicely

I completed the game in this way - Tatooine , Korriban , Kashyk and Manaan and the only problem I had the first time was to defeat Malak's apprentice but the second time no problem

there is actually no order needed do in the order you like, but just never go to yavin4
