Im on the mission where you have to change roderics medicine with the poison, but i cant seem to evade the guards without them seeing me, any advice?

just go back to the sanctuary, go to the practice rooms and practice sneaking
my sneak was around 45 and i successfully snuck past all of the guards, or go get sigil stones and self enchant full chameleon, thats wat i did the first time i did this quest on my main character.

if u are the she shadow birth sign u can use moonshadow that helped me alot
