uhm.. 🤔 maybe make your creature sleep alot in the pen... then i belive its going to grow

Maybe your creature is big....I remember before I bought the game, I saw some screenshots where creatures were enormous, HUGE, sorry to dissapoint, your creature can't get that big.
But if your problem is a bug, then I suggest updating and using a trainer
