I was browsing youtube, watching people doing things on carbon (trying to) and there was one video where someone had done a very bad immitation of the skyline from 2 fast 2 furious. When he started racing he had about 15 racers on the same track as him racing, how can I get my one to do that?
Also when I looked through the territory map on carbon, just before racing darrius there are 3 locked circuit races in downtown, fortuna and the 21st street area, do I get them by unlocking darrius... on my other profile I don't remember getting them after beating darrius.

It aint possible to do this on PS2 - its almost definite that he was playing online, on either PC or a next gen console. I aint an expert on online, though, but i thought it was only up to 8 players. Maybe someone who knows more about online than i do knows?
And about those races, you dont get them after darius. You dont get them at all. I really dont know why... maybe EA wanted to tease us or summat, i dunno. But watever the case, it quite weird.
