does any1 know where i can find the TM solarbeam if possible???...i don know if it is evn in emerald but i want to teach it to my breloom

Near Forttree. When Fortree, exit to the right. Then continue down until you hit the grassy patch with a bunch of rangers. if you continue down (As you should), you'll see a 'lake'. Surf the lake and enter the cave and there is solarbeam.

In the Kanto games u find it on the bottem floor of the Pokemon mansioin
