Try again to get more pieces, I had to kill Azure Rathalos 7 times before I got everything I needed, I kept on getting Azure Rathalos Shell, I used it on the armor, then when I need it for the weapon, they don't give me the shells any more
yea but it didnt show up on the create a weapon screen.
i got it but i still lost to lao. i hit it in head and i used cannon etc. wat should i do. im so bad!!!!
Did you use the dragonator (spikes that come out the wall(press the red button))? It has to hit him. You can either do it when he's on 2 feeet, when he's about to slam the wall with his head, press O and the spikes will hit him - takes about 50 - 75% of his life away - and then he should go back down. OR do it when he's hitting the entrance gate when he's on 4 feet, (more damage) it's the way I do it, you'll have to concentrate hard though to not miss it.
Oh, and for the ballista, you shoot them from those guns when he's far away. You need to hit his back since it'll hurt him more there.
If you're talking about the one in GH. I can't do anything more to help since I haven't done it either, if it is Elder Village Quest, do what I just told you, he's simple. I've killed him over 10 times now.

i do use the draganator! this is impossible 4 some1 as lame as me! how do u hit his back.

Just shoot the ballista when you can see him coming in area 5
