Get pokeblock feeder Catch Feebas near fortree Make blue pokeblocks with berry master using pomela berries Feed them all to feebas Dont feed it ones with a feel under 30 Continue until beauty is maxed out Screen will turn white and whala! you have a Milotic.
Get block feeder and super rod (you can only catch feebas with a super rod). you can only catch feebas in one "block" on the water (between mauville and fortree) a day so be watchfull and patient. max out beauty with blue blocks (or anything with dry taste). check nature, those with modest, mild, rash, or quiet work best. once beauty is maxed out, lvl up one lvl, and you have a Milotic!
