Great team. But if i were you i would change Feraligator with a physic pokemon.

I would suggest :
Dragonite : Cut one move for dragon type attack because it's a dragon and replace thunder with thunderbolt coz of its better accuration. Just keep hyper beam
Ho-oh : Change fire blast to flamethrower. You don't want to run out of PP when fighting a strong opponent.
Feraligatr : You have to throw either surf or hydro pump. One water type attack would be enough.
Raikou : Wow 3 electric attack. Throw away spark(replace with something more powerful like crunch). Thunder to thunderbolt.
Lugia : Seems okay to me.
Tyranitar : Throw away trash and strength. Didn't you tyranitar should learn crunch? why won't you let it learn? what a waste. Hmmm rock slide for flying type.
