ok, it all depends on how you fight, with a warhammer, or a sword, light or heavy armor, but arrows would have to be daedric, but they only appear at level 25 i think. you cant get the emporor's armor the game is good, and there is a difficulty meter you can adjust if you want
The best sword is Umbra, The best hammer is Volendrug, The best bow is the Hatred Soul Bow, the best arrows are The Hatred Soul Arrows, The best light armour is Glass, The best Heavy armour is Deadric and the best staff is Apotheosis.
