Not sure about ALL the pieces since you can't get NOS. But you can get the same piece more than once

well that sux caz i've been more into winning the peoples cars! well im up to number 6 and have junkman wheels.... if i win all the next junkman parts will i have like all of them?

Yeah, probably, the only thing you won't get is NOS junkman, so you won't have ALL of them

didnt you say before you cant even get the NOS junkman and nos junkman wouldnt really do anything apart from put its acceleration up a tiny bit

You can get every Junkman in CAREER mode apart from NOS. If you put ultimate performance on your car, and then put all your junkam parts, it'll improve the speed. But because you can't get NOS, you won't have the speed and handling to the max (unlike quick race you can). I think there is enough junkman pieces (again apart from NOS) to fill more than one car 😵
