Just about anything, I suggest saving your Ar2 Secondaries for them if you have any though, that way you can kill all of the Headcrabs to. But barring that, either the Crossbow or the SMG. Another good way to kill them is to get a canister and throw it at them with the Gravity gun, thereby lighting them on fire.
Are yall kidding!? CROWBAR and SMG is the only one who can kill the damn poison headcrabs

so not true! the smg grenades own, but i say if u use crowbar, there is a chance that u miss, and if they hit, u will get poisoned, which i hate. but i have hit the poison zombie with shotgun, and some how it killed all the headcrabs, along with the zombie, so i could pick it up, and the headcrabs would stay on, which is weird, lol
lol, cool, I like the secondary for the combine rifle (ar2) though because it's a guaranteed kill for every single crab on there if you strike the zombie before it can throw a crab.
