    oh and i dont really know how to use the construction set it just doesnt work for me

    It depends on what you're trying to do...dialogue has always been a bit fiddly for me, can never get it to work in-game. The easiest thing to do is edit items or weapons (removing the blind effect from the Boots of Blinding Speed for example). Open the set, click on a tab, scroll through the list to find the item you want to edit, double click so the window comes up, edit the values and when you're done, click file > save > As ESP. Then tick the box in the data files thing in the Morrowind launcher.
