I'm on the part where I need to go down the elewvator shaft and solve the door puzzle down there. I need to have the elevator on the first floor. it is on the second floor right now and when I go into the elevator and push the button for the first floor it will not move. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!!!
I know this sounds crazy, but this happened to me. I thought I was on the 2nd floor and wanted to go to the 1st floor. I kept pushing the 1st floor button and nothing happened. Finally realized I was already on the 1st floor so there was nothing for the elevator to do. It's easy to get confused about which floor you are on. At lease I was often confused.
