if you have the mod deepscorn hollow/the vile lair you own it allready, but there is a few items that need to be bought from Rowley Eardwulf at the Wawnet Inn. but you need to go inside first and read the book that is by the entrance.

It is located on the coast, east of Leyavin. You probably found the Toadstool Hollow cave( I found it too, it has a statue with a broken sword with it) south of Bruma.
