you could have asked me on my message board but it doesnt matter. Anyway to buy furniture you have to first have gotten in that mansion and as soon as u get there, their should be a phone in that house as soon as u walk in the door go to and use it it should say several things...
1 call sim 2 invite sim 3 buy FURNITURE 4 decorate house ( change floor, walls, etc. cannot be done in furniture mode)
