Money Cheat:

Open Cheat List from Cheats menu. Click on Cheat Button. Then Enter
First String :
Address :- 02000088
Value :- 5F5E0FF
Size :- 32 Bit
Number Format :- Hexadecimal

Second String :
Address :- 02025BC4
Value :- 5F5E0FF
Size :- 32 Bit
Number Format :- Hexadecimal

You can change the values but both string's value must be same.


Item Cheat :

Open Cheat List from cheats menu then click on cheat button. Enter these
string for items. Value cannot be greater then 99 (in decimal) or 63 (hexadecimal)

Applying Item & Pokeballs cheat rember one thing. First check your bag.
Let say :- You have
1. pokeball
2. ultra ball
3. great ball
4. master ball
5. repeat ball
6. timer ball
we mark 1,2,3,.... as so for first type of ball or item. If you don't have 7 type
of ball don't apply the cheat for seventh ball.

First you have to go through the Team Aqua hideout. When they escape by a submarine go to this city but you need dive to get into the city. When you do meet up with these two guys (one of them is the Gym leader) and I think they lead you to the entrance to a cave.

Then just enter and progress though the cave until you meet Kyogre. Make sure you save and have lots of Ultra balls (it's possible to catch Kyogre without the Master ball).

This is not totally accurate so check with other people too
