well there is an explanation for this you see.....
it started with the last avatar vote topic. it was organised. a member was only allowed 1 vote and could not vote for themselves.....but things didnt work out because only a few people voted so i changed the rules, and it woked, so when i made this one i though that going back to the original set of rules wouldnt be right...eh..well its too late to change it now
