how do you get dragon scale to evolve seadra.

well ... get a linoone that has covet or a horsea that has thief.fight against a horsea or a bagon .(some of them may have dragon scale) use the move covet or thief and it will stole the items pokemon.then trade with a friend seadra with the dragon scale on it and it will evolve to kingdra.

i see you need deoxys.it is not easy to get that.first,there are 4 deoxys . normal-ruby,sappire defense-leaf green attack-fire red speed-emerald you can only obtain deoxys with an action replay or with a ticket that you get in nintendo events.
