i think u get it from mount pyre but is really hard to find
is SO SO rare. buut if i no how to gte it ill tell u
but 1 condition how do u make ur items for eg a rare candy into infinite!

as soon as you get to jagged pass take a right and keep going right until you reach the first patch of grass up in the right hand corner

Top of Mt. Pyre. (Near the orbs outside
Make a right when you are at the way top and you'll see a patch of grass and one of those golden altar thingys. Run around and you'll eventually find one. It took me about 10 minutes.
