Its 19th here i cant wait to have the trainer as on hard settings its now impossible for me to beat the enemy anymore

They start pwning me before my barracks arent complete and kill my poor hero and workers

The server is on U.S. California time. Updates can occur at any time throughout the day.

Just like it says... you select your builder and then activate the option. You then cycle through all of the other race's technology and can build any of their structures, train any of their units/vehicles, etc.... and they are all under your control as one massive army.
