Hi all, can anyone please tell me when one is supposed to press shift+tilde to open the consol. I've modded the shortcut command line as per instructions, not overwritten anything, not left any spaces out. I assume it's at the first screen after loading, but a big fat nothing is all I get. any help would be greatly appreciated.

maybe this will help

Edit the target shortcut to \SOF2\SoF2.EXE +set sv_cheats 1.

Then, you can press the tilde key '~' to open the console.

Then type setrandom sv_cheats 1
and press Enter to enable cheat mode.
