With this pokemon, you can get back to the pokemon center whenever, as long as your aren't inside of a cave, market, house, etc. When your in battle with this pokemon, you can attack once; after that it will vanish.

Abra, using teleport. But thats not entirely true, sometimes teleport fails. And it works in caves im sure, just like dig.

1. It will only fail if the other pokemon has a shadow tag. 2. No it isn't able to get out of any closed off area like I said. you can try, trust me it wont work.

Okay, didnt know about enclosed places bit. But honestly, i've seen it when trying to catch a wild Abra, just like growl and leer and sand-attack etc, it can fail.
