speaking of umbra and goldbrand, where can you start the quests to get them

well umbra, you can just go get it in the ruins south of the Imperial city, and goldbrand is in another deadric quest

    im not quite sure which.

and with umbra, you get special ebony, at least i did.

    triple posting woooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
another thing from morrowind is (if not soon enough) in one of the newspaper reports, after you do the quest for the shrine of sheogorath, it mentions raining dogs, but also lists a few things that include "and an occasional wizard falling from the sky..." reffering to the wizard tarheil from outside seyda neen who tragicly falls to his death after using his new scrolls of incarian flight.
i found this out right as soon as i read the article
    ugh

another update is that citizens will sometimes talk about the oblivion gates popping up in Morrowind, and how slavary is legal in that area.

and of coarse it's time i get to M'aqui. the thing with M'aqui is that he talks about things the producers wanted in the game but didn't make the final cut.
like dragons and horses in morrowind and the fact there are no children in either game.
he is located in Morrowind i think on the north part of the main island. in oblivion he travels but is a quest related character (even though he is in none of the quests) so he cant die.
i think they made him a quest character because of the fact that he has a fan site of his own

more as i find/think of 'em!
    ugh

well morrowind takes place awhile before oblivion there are some book about it and hints from npc's what i can puzzle together is that the events of morrowind takes place a bunch of years before oblivion.. i could be wrong i cant say im 100% sure.

    well i found proof Sutek,

in the missive for the nirnroot quest that sinderian gives you in Skingrad, he talks about the plant(nirnroot) adapting quickly because of the rather magical ash salts from Red Mountain which erupted and talks about the blight that infested the dunmer homeland many years ago.

proof that morrowind happened before oblivion

    Lets party

but also, the citizens of Morrowind i'm pretty sure speak of the Emporer Uriel Septim being sick and old, the one in oblivion is anything but sick. but he is also Uriel Septim XVI or somethin or other
    its just confusing
    ugh
