I'm in the forest temple, in the main room where the 4 poes were, and I went through the door and pushed the 2 blocks and everything and went to the twisting hallway, but then I realized I had no more keys, and I needed another one, so I went back to the main room and the door shut behind me with metal bars, not the kind you open with a key, and I can't get back in and I've tried everything I can think of. Help!
