i really want to get zapdos but i have no idea where the powerplant is!! can someone help me pleeeeeeeease?

umm i havn't played this game in like 7 years but i think i remember, ok to get to the Power Plant head to the Rock Tunnel entrance. When you get to the patch of grass go upward then take a right. Then go forward till you get to the water. Then you Surf. Go downward till you run into a steep hill, take a left, keep going left until you find another steep hill. Then go up. You will see land go up and you'll see a big building. And that's your Power Plant! Watch out for Voltorbs that look like Pokeball item things.
