O.K. so here's the thing I've got the cheats down (mostly) but on the computer you are allowed to build your own house from the ground up....is there a way to do that with my playstation 2??

Yes, u can build a house from scratch. U have to go to freeplay and choose one of the lots to live in that has no house. I think the last one is a lot with no house.
